Check The Status Of SIM Delivery in Rocket Mobile App

πŸ“« Your Rocket Mobile SIM will be shipped by courier and should arrive in 2-3 business days. You can track the delivery in the Rocket Mobile App by selecting the menu option (three lines) in the upper right corner.

What you need to do:

1. Choose "Order History" from the drop-down menu.

2. This screen allows you to check the status of your SIM order.

3. Click the "i" symbol next to "SIM Card" for more information.

4. When the status of a SIM card order is "Shipped", it should also include the order tracking number, which can be used to track the delivery of your SIM on the NZ Post app or website πŸ‘‡
