How to Unlock Your SIM/eSIM with a PUK Code

A PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) is an 8-digit code used to unblock a SIM card if you enter the wrong 4-digit SIM PIN three times.

Sim Pin:

  • Purpose: Prevents unauthorized access to your phone.

  • Default SIM PIN: Provided with each SIM and can be changed via your phone settings.

  • Default eSIM PIN: The default PIN for your eSIM will be either 0000 or 1234.

Locked Phone:

  • If your phone becomes locked due to too many incorrect SIM PIN entries, you'll need your PUK to unlock it.

🚨Important Information: If you enter your PUK incorrectly more than 10 times, your SIM card will be blocked and you’ll need to contact us to get a replacement SIM.
