  1. Mobile Number: The number you want to cancel.

  2. Reason for Leaving: What’s making you go.

  3. Preferred End Date: If you’ve got a specific date in mind.

Pay Monthly

  1. If you're on a pay monthly plan, your final invoice will include the full month's subscription and any extra charges. (e.g., local and roaming charges).

  2. Want to keep your number? Make sure to port it to your new provider before saying goodbye to Rocket Mobile. An outstanding balance could hold up your port request.

  3. Just a heads-up: cancellation kicks in at the end of your billing cycle. Be sure to settle any outstanding balance beforehand.

Pay Upfront

  1. If you're on a monthly pay-as-you-go plan, make sure your account is all squared away.

  2. Want to keep your number? Make sure to port it to your new provider before saying goodbye to Rocket Mobile. An outstanding balance could hold up your port request.

  3. Just a heads-up: Your cancellation will kick in at the end of your current plan period.
