How to Pause Your Upfront Plan

With Rocket Mobile's Upfront plan, you can pause your account whenever you need a break.

Key Points:

  1. Pause Anytime: Pause your account whenever it suits you.

  2. 24-Hour Notice: Do it at least 24 hours before renewal.

  3. Easy Reactivation: Reactivate your account whenever you're ready.

How to Pause:

  1. Log In: Go to your Rocket Mobile account on our website or app.

  2. Account Settings: Find the Current Plans and Addons section.

  3. Pause Option: Toggle off “Auto Renew”

💡 Remember to hit pause at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

How to Pause Your Monthly Plan

On a Pay Monthly plan? Pausing is a breeze.

Key Points:

  1. Monthly Billing: You’re billed at the end of each month.

  2. Final Payment: Pay any remaining balance when you pause.

How to Pause:

  1. Log In: Access your account via our website or app.

  2. Billing Section: Go to the Current Plans and Addons section.

  3. Pause: Toggle off “Auto Renew” and follow the prompts.

How to Change Your Plan

Updating your plan has never been easier!

If you are accessing your MyAccount via our Rocket Mobile website, I will show you how to change your plan.

Key Points:

  1. Change Now: The plan change will begin to process IMMEDIATLY.

  2. Change Later: Your plan change will take effect on the next Billing Cycle.

How to Change Plan:

  1. Log In: Access your account via our website.

  2. Billing Section: Go to the Purchase Plans and Addons section.

  3. Choose a Plan: Select the plan you want to change to and click Switch to this plan.

  4. Now or Later: Select whether to update the plan now or later, if applicable.

  5. Confirm: Accept the plan change on the popup.

Rocket Mobile App

If you are accessing your MyAccount via our Rocket Mobile App, I will show you how to change your plan.

Key Points:

  1. Change Now: The plan change will begin to process IMMEDIATLY.

  2. Change Later: Your plan change will take effect on the next Billing Cycle.

How to Change Plan:

  1. Log In: Access your Rocket Mobile App.

  2. Billing Section: Go to the Products Page.

  3. Choose a Plan: Select the plan you want to change to and click Switch to this plan.

  4. Now or Later: Select whether to update the plan now or later, if applicable.

  5. Confirm: Accept the plan change on the popup.

  6. Verify: You should now be able to see two plans under My Plans and Addons. Your new plan should have auto-renew on and your old should have this off.

To transfer your Rocket Mobile number to your new provider, just provide them with the first 8 numbers before the "-" found in your Personal Information under your account number. This will finalize your account with us. Remember, you're always welcome back!

Whether you took a break or simply forgot, renewing your plan is a breeze! Just log in to MyAccount, choose the plan you want, and make the purchase. You'll be back online in no time, ready to reconnect!
