Security Best Practices for Users

Tips for end-users and admins to maintain a secure environment on Rolai.

Written by Varun Navani

While Rolai’s platform provides enterprise-grade security measures by default – for example, data is encrypted both at rest and in transit and the system is audited for SOC 2 and GDPR compliance– users should also practice good security hygiene. This article advises using strong, unique passwords for your Rolai accounts (and enabling two-factor authentication if Rolai supports it), regularly reviewing user access rights, and promptly removing or updating credentials when someone leaves your organization. We also cover being cautious about the data you share in prompts or chats (avoiding sensitive personal information unless necessary) and recognizing official Rolai URLs/emails to prevent phishing. By following these best practices in combination with Rolai’s built-in security, you create a safer environment for your data.
