Everything you need to manage, monitor, and control user access on Rolai.
Admins have full control over who has access to Rolai and how licenses are distributed.
When someone requests a license, the admin receives a notification and can approve or deny the request in the admin dashboard.
Admins can deactivate a user’s license at any time and reassign it to someone else as needed.
You can only have as many active users as you have licenses (e.g., 100 licenses = 100 active users), but you can redistribute licenses freely.
Regular usage reports are sent to admins (weekly or monthly, based on your preference) so you can monitor who is using the platform.
All user and license management is handled securely through the admin dashboard.
This gives admins the flexibility to manage access efficiently and keep track of platform usage at all times.

This article is a practical guide to the “Access and User Management” features in Rolai. It covers inviting new users to your Rolai organization, assigning them the appropriate role (for example, giving a team member either regular user access or admin privileges), and customizing permissions if applicable. We walk through the interface for managing users: viewing the user list, changing roles, revoking access, and setting up groups or teams if the platform supports grouping permissions. Tips are provided on implementing the principle of least privilege (only give users the minimum access they need) to enhance security. We also mention any session management tools (like the ability for an admin to log out a user or force password resets) and how to use audit logs to monitor user activities for security oversight.
