How to Change Transaction Type

  1. Find the transaction you’d like to change/edit and select “Review” on the right hand side.

  2. A window will pop up on the right and it will be titled either Receipts, Estimate or Invoice, depending on the type of transaction.

  3. Scroll down to the bottom right to locate the “Change Type” button on the lower right side.

  4. Click “Change Type” and a dropdown menu will appear prompting you to select the type of transaction you’d like to change it to. The options will be either Invoice, Estimate, or Receipt.

  5. Selecting the type of transaction you’d like to change it to will automatically change the transaction.

Please note:

  • Invoices & Estimates will show up in the “Vendors and Contractors” tab within the Transaction’s page.

  • Receipts will show up in the “Other Expenses” tab within the Transaction’s page.
