Tools>Crews
In ROOFLINK, you can assign work orders to crews, notify crews of their upcoming jobs, take job photos, make job notes, and even give crews access to log in to ROOFLINK.

Go to your Crew page (Tools>Crews)
Click on the Create button.
Fill and Submit the form.
Crew Documents
Once you have created a crew, you can add specific labor costs and documents associated with that crew. To add documents related to that crew, click on the crew name and scroll to the bottom of the page until you see the option to add documents. Popular crew documents include subcontractor agreements and subcontractor insurance.
Crew Trades
Each crew will be available only for the trades you selected in the “Create Crew” form. You can add as many trades as necessary for every crew.
Specific Labor Cost
You can also create labor costs specifically associated with that crew. ROOFLINK auto-generates your work orders based on these labor costs.
For example, if you draw a roof that comes out to 30 squares, and you have a labor cost setup for category “Shingles”, price per unit “70”, unit “SQ”, then ROOFLINK will auto-generate the work order for $2100 (30SQ X $70/SQ).
You can add specific region costs per every region your crew works. Please remember that you need to update the region for that crew to set up a region-specific cost.
Send verification link
Clicking “Send verification link“ will send a text message to the crew and have them verify their mobile phone so that they can receive text notifications about their upcoming jobs.
Only crews who verify their phone will receive notifications.
