Tools>Document Templates

In ROOFLINK, you have access to document templates. Templates are used for documents that you intend on using multiple times, such as contracts.

These are the following actions you can do with your document templates:

βœ… Edit your document templates according to your business requirements.

βœ… Send your document templates to customers.

βœ… Combine your document templates and create a Packet.

Add New Document Templates

Please note that the only type of file supported is PDF. The PDF files need to be original, so you can't update a PDF of a scanned document.

  1. To Add new document templates, go to your Document Templates page.

  2. Click on the Create button.

  3. Complete the form.

  4. Submit the form by clicking "Submit"

Create Packet

You can combine documents templates and create a packet. You need to have the document templates you want to include already loaded on the page to do this.

  1. To Create document packets, go to your Document Templates page.

  2. Click on the Create Packet button.

  3. Complete the form by adding your packet name and choosing the templates you want to include.

  4. Submit the form by clicking "Submit"

Edit Document Template

  1. Click on the name of the template you want to edit.

  2. Edit your document accordingly by clicking on the edit panel.
