Tools>Lead Sources

Your lead source page helps you visualize and add your lead sources. This tab allows you to keep track of your business growth. Adding your lead sources gives you the ability to forecast, particularly when thinking about advertising budgets. You can add as many lead sources as you like based on our advertising campaigns.

Add a lead source

To add lead sources, go to Tools> Lead Sources > Create

Make lead sources required

We strongly recommend making lead sources required inside your settings. If you make this field required, you will get accurate insights into what leads are most productive to you and your business.

Your lead sources are going to be required by default. But if any of your team members (Admin accounts) changed this setting, you can toggle it on by following these steps:

  1. Go to your profile page

  2. Click on Job Settings (under company settings)

  3. Check "Lead sources required"

  4. Click Confirm

Get statistics on your leads

If you insert your lead sources inside every job, you can get statistics about what lead sources are working better for your business.

To get stats on your leads

  1. Go to your home page

  2. Click on the settings icon

  3. Click Add widget

  4. Type and select "Lead Source 30 day performance"

  5. Click Submit

This widget will provide you with a list of all your lead sources and the statistics related to them.

Pro Tip: To have a better understanding of where your leads are coming from start asking your clients when you are touching base, ask them how did they hear about your business. After you get an answer you can add the lead information inside ROOFLINK.
