Default Checklist

Here is a brief explanation of your default checklist items. There are two ways to visualize your default checklist items:

  1. Inside your prospective job

  2. Inside Tools > Checklist > Prospect checklist

This section will reference the default checklist that you can see under your prospective job.

Assigned

Assign Lead: Assign the prospect to any of your representatives by clicking on assign lead. This checklist item will be marked as done by default when you or one of your representatives adds the lead into the system.

Verified

Verify Lead: Complete the form to verify your lead.

Roof Layout

Draw Roof: Click there to start drawing the roof layout. If you have never drawn a roof layout inside ROOFLINK, click here for a guided tour.

Enter Values: If you already have the roof measurements, click on "Enter Values" to submit your measurements.

Inspection Form

View: Click here to view the details and the checklist of your roof inspection.

Mark As Complete: Click here to mark the inspection form as complete.

Upload Hard Copy: Click here to upload the hard copy of your inspection report. The checklist item will automatically show as complete when you upload the hard copy.

Estimate

Create From Scratch: Click here to create a customized estimate.

Create From Template: Click here to create an estimate based on one of the templates loaded inside your system.

Signed Contract

Upload Hard Copy: Click here to upload a hard copy of your contract.

Import Template: Click here to import one of the templates you have inside ROOFLINK

Submitted

Submit: Click here when you finish the job and would like to mark it as completed inside of the checklist.

Deleted

Delete: Click here to delete the prospect. When you click on "Delete" your prospect will be deleted, but you still can revert this action.

Un-Delete: After clicking on delete, you can click on 'Un-Delete' to restore your job.

Permanently Delete: Click here to permanently delete your job and be redirected to the home page.

Modify your checklist items for your prospects

If you would like to modify your checklist items, go to Tools> Checklists > Prospect Checklist

Add more items to the default prospect checklist

Tools> Checklists > Prospect Checklist

  1. Click on prospect checklist

  2. Click Add Item

  3. Pick the item you would like to add

Delete items inside your prospect checklist

Tools> Checklists > Prospect Checklist

  1. Click on the prospect checklist

  2. Go to the item you would like to delete

  3. Click on the red minus icon

Add new sections for your prospect checklist

Tools> Checklists > Prospect Checklist

The new section is going to be shown under your prospect checklist.

  1. Click Add Section

  2. Inside the form, add the name of your new section and then click submit.

Delete Checklist

Tools> Checklists > Prospect Checklist

We highly encourage you not to delete your default checklist unless you've created a checklist that replaces the default one.

  1. Click on the delete button next to your checklist name.
