Manage Email Templates

Tools> Emails > Manage Email Templates

Automate your business process by adding email templates into your ROOFLINK account.

Email templates are emails that you intend to re-use multiple times.

Actions you can do from this page:

✅ View email templates

✅ Search emails by name

✅ Filter email templates by company name

✅ Download emails

Create Email templates

  1. Inside your email template page, click on the “create” button

  2. Fill and submit the form

Please note that the context you pick inside the form will determine where your template will be available. For example, if you select “job” as the context, your template will be available inside your job and prospect tab.

View Confirmed Sent Emails

Inside this page, you can see all the email records sent by your company through ROOFLINK.

Actions you can do from this page:

✅ View email records

✅ Search emails by name

✅ Filter Emails by sender, recipients, subject, and date set

✅ Download emails
