Inside ROOFLINK, you can measure your prospect's roof using a satellite picture from Google Maps or NearMaps.
How to get the roof layout of one of your prospects
If you already have prospects inside your ROOFLINK account, you can follow this step by step.
Go to your Prospects page, or click here.
Click on the name of your prospect.
Inside Prospects, you will see a list of all your prospects.To access the prospect page, you must click on their name.
Please note that when you search for an address inside google maps, the prospect's name will show as their name, property name, or sometimes it will show as Unknown.
Examples:
After you click on your prospect's name, you will get redirected to a page where you can see more details about this job.
Click on the Roof Layout tab.
Click on the Create Building button.
Start outlining the outside perimeter of the roof. After each line is created, select either rake or eave. The line will default to eave if rake or eave is not selected.
Complete your perimeter by clicking the green pin and selecting rake or eave.
Finalize your perimeter by completing the Name, Pitch, and Waste Form.
Add details to your roof layout. Some of the options include Gutters, Accessories, Pitches, etc.
Save your Drawing by Clicking on more Tools > Save to Docs (last option)
Click Submit.

Get An Estimate Based On The Roof Layout
After you measure the roof layout of one of your prospects, you are ready to get an estimate based on your drawing.
Go to your Overview tab.
Scroll down and click on "Create from template"
Complete and submit the form.
