Manage Employees

Tools>Employees>Manage Employees

Inside "Manage Employees", you can manage Administrative permissions.

Actions you can do inside your "Manage Employee" page:

Impersonate

Edit Permission

  1. Select the employee


  2. Open the dropdown menu

  3. Select Edit Permission

  4. Click on the Go button

  5. Complete and submit the form



Activate Employee

  1. Select the employee

  2. Open the dropdown menu

  3. Select Activate employee

  4. Click on the Go button.



Deactivate Employee

  1. Select the employee

  2. Open the dropdown menu

  3. Select Deactivate employee

  4. Click on the Go button.



Reset Email and Password

If one of your employees forgot their password, you could send them new login information.

  1. Select the employee

  2. Open the dropdown menu

  3. Select Reset Email and Password

  4. Click on the Go button.

    After you click on the go button, your employee will receive an email with their new login information.

Reset Dashboard

  1. Select the employee

  2. Open the dropdown menu.

  3. Select Reset Dashboard

  4. Click on the Go button.



Copy Dashboard

  1. Select the employee

  2. Open the dropdown menu.

  3. Select Reset Dashboard

  4. Click on the Go button.



Clear Commission Structures

  1. Select the employee

  2. Open the dropdown menu.

  3. Select Clear Commission Structures

  4. Click on the Go button.




Add Commission Structures

  1. Select the employee

  2. Open the dropdown menu.

  3. Select Add Commission Structures

  4. Click on the Go button.

  5. Select the commission structures you wish to add and then click on the submit button



Remove Commission Structure

  1. Select the employee

  2. Open the dropdown menu.

  3. Select Remove Commission Structures

  4. Click on the Go button.

  5. Select the commission structures you wish to remove and then click on the submit button


Set Primary Region

  1. Select the employee

  2. Open the dropdown menu.

  3. Select Set Primary Region

  4. Click on the Go button.

  5. Select the primary region and then click on the submit button


Impersonate

  1. Select the employee

  2. Open the dropdown menu.

  3. Select impersonate

  4. Click on the Go button.

  5. To stop impersonating, click on the red ninja icon on the top right of your screen and then click on "Stop impersonating"



Copy permissions from employees

  1. Select the employee

  2. Open the dropdown menu.

  3. Select "Copy permissions from employees"

  4. Click on the Go button.

Create Employees

  1. Click on the create button.
    Please note that the "Create" button will not be displayed on the screen while you have any employee selected.

  2. Complete and submit the form



Edit Employee information

  1. Click on the employee name

  2. Make your changes

  3. Click on the submit button
