NearMap is a third-party service that offers high-resolution aerial photos that can be used in the roof measuring tool if Google imagery is not clear enough. Nearmap covers 80% of the United States population but mainly focuses on major cities. Please check coverage at https://www.nearmap.com/us/en/current-aerial-maps-coverage#/coverage-checker.

If you want to use NearMaps, you need to integrate NearMaps inside your company settings.
