Inside this page, you can find the following products: material products, estimate products, and labor products.

ROOFLINK is primarily used for bulk line item pricing. We outline some products, such as nails and plastic caps, to the total per square foot estimate price. We consider those items on our material orders to have an accurate job cost, but we don’t necessarily itemize those costs to the customers in most situations.

Your account will be pre-loaded with products during your onboarding meetings.

If you don’t see any products or need to get onboarded, please contact us at support@roof.link.

Product Table Overview

Estimate Template: If we allow an item to be on an estimate, you must add an estimate template to the product.

You can add an estimate template by clicking on the create button and completing the form.

Suppliers Column: We will handle most of our pricing on this column. You can click on the supplier’s link and manage all the supplier pricing.

After clicking on the supplier, you can manage if the pricing is different for just one region or company-wide.

Labor Cost Column: We can associate any labor cost to a specific product.

For example, if we set up a labor cost to $3.50, that will be the amount we’re paying our contractors. By setting this up, the price will automatically add to the labor cost for that line item.

You can set up your labor cost by region. Please make sure you have all your regions inside the Regions Page if you want to do so.

When you add a company labor cost, you can set it up to be product-specific or category-specific.

Please note that you need to click the reload button to see your changes.

Import products from the ROOFLINK library

You can import any of the products available in our ROOFLINK library

  1. Click on the Find Existent Products button.

  2. Search for the product you want to add

  3. Click Submit

Create New Products

  1. Click on the Create button

  2. Complete and submit the form

Edit Products

  1. Click on the name of the product you want to edit

  2. Edit your product

  3. Click Submit

Change Product Availability

Change the availability of several products at the same time

  1. Select the products that you want to modify

  2. Click on the dropdown menu and select Available For

  3. Click Go

  4. Check the availability you want your product to have

  5. Click Submit

Please note that if you allow an item to be on an estimate, you must create an estimate template for that product.

Change the availability of a single product

  1. Click on the name of the product you want to edit

  2. Check the availability you want your product to have

  3. Click Submit

Search for products

You can search for products located inside your products page by typing the product name in the search field.

Download products

You can download a CSV file by clicking on the download button.

Filter Products

1. Click on the filter button

2. Complete and submit the form

Change Product Pricing

  1. Click on the supplier link

  2. Click Add Product Cost

  3. Complete and submit the form

Pro Tip: If you want to edit prices from one supplier, go to Tools > Suppliers > Manage Suppliers > Click on Products Link > Click on the product to modify its pricing
