Enter Claim Information

Requirements: You need to complete your insurance information before performing this action. Click here if you want to learn how to add your insurance information.

Instructions

  1. Click on your prospect

  2. Once you are on your prospect’s page, click on the edit icon next to “Customer Info

  3. Complete all the required information and make sure all the information is correct.

  4. Click Submit

  5. Click on the edit icon next to “Job Info

  6. Scroll down, and click on the drop-down menu under Bid type

  7. Pick Insurance Bid

  8. Make sure the Sales Rep information is accurate

  9. Click Submit

  10. Under Job Info, click on the File Claim link

  11. Complete and submit the form
