No, you don't pay for any employee that is not active.

If you would like to deactivate employees, follow these instructions:

  1. Go to Tools > Employees > Manage Employees

  2. Select the employee you would like to deactivate

  3. Click on Choose An Action (on top of your employee list)

  4. Click on Deactivate

  5. Click Go
