How Can I Create An Event?

Requirements: Email & Calendar Connected.

If you would like to connect your email and calendar, please click here and click on your email provider's logo.

  • There are two places you can create events

  1. Calendar Page

  2. Prospects Page

Calendar Page

  1. Click on Add Event

  2. Fill out and submit the form.

Pro Tip: If you connect your email and calendar, you will see all your events scheduled outside of ROOFLINK, and you will see your RL event in your email calendar. If you want to connect email and calendar, go to your profile page > Click on Connect Email And Calendar > Click on your email provider and follow the steps.

Prospects Page

  1. Go to your Prospects page

  2. Click on the Event Tab

  3. Click on Add Event

  4. Fill out and submit the form

Pro Tip: If you add your customer's email beforehand, your customer will receive an email invitation for your event.

To add your customer's email, click on the Overview tab > Click on the pencil icon next to Customer info > Complete and submit the form with your customer's information.
