1) How to create an automation from a template
š”Automations use "if/then" logic
Templates have preset triggers ("if"), but you can customize the actions ("then")
From the Automations page, click Automations > Browse library
Select the Workflow to include this automation in
Scroll the options and select the automation you wish to add (1)
Automation triggers are based on: Proposal status, Job status or Events.
Make edits to the automation as needed. (2)
Toggle on to enable. (3)
Click Add automation to save
2) How to create a custom automation
From the Automations page, click Automations > Create custom
Name your new automation
Toggle on/off
Select when/how to Trigger the automation
This can include a job or proposal status change, an event occurrence, etc
Select the workflow to apply this automation to (if applicable)
Select your āthenā action; this is what happens if the trigger occurs
This can include: sending an email or text, changing a job stage, applying a job tag, etc
Select the frequency of this automation
Click Save automation to add
3) How to manage automations
Click Filter & Sort to organize your automations
Use the toggles to enable or disable your automations
Click on an automation listing to expand and view details
