I don't see my sensor in the RookMotion app

Instructions:

  1. Make sure your device´s bluetooth is turned on.

  2. If you have the RookEPIC (chest sensor) moisten the band (only the plastic part that is in contact with the skin)

  3. Link your sensor only in the RookMotion app, never from the settings section of your device. If it´s connected, make sure to disconnect it.

  4. Position the sensor correctly:
    Rook Epic (chest sensor): Place it a little bit to the left.
    Rook Icon (arm sensor): You can place it on the left arm or forearm. For more accurate metrics with this model, place it over a vein, tightly as possible.

  5. Try again to find your sensor in the RookMotion app.
