Instructions:
RookEpic - Chest Sensor
Just moisten the band a little (only on the plastic part)
Place it on the lower part of the chest (placed a little bit more to the left).
Make sure the band is as tight as possible.
RookIcon - Arm Sensor
Remove the plastic from the back of the sensor.
Place the sensor on the left arm or forearm.
For the most accurate results, be sure to place your sensor over a vein as tightly as possible.
Make sure the sensor is charged.
