Detach your sensor from the band.

From the rear, with a coin or tool that fits into the slot, turn slightly to the left.

Remove the battery lid.

Remove the battery and insert the new one, making sure that the positive part marked with a "+" sign is facing towards the cover.

Finally put the lid back on, do it carefully in order to not damage the tabs that are used to nest the battery.
