The main difference between these profiles is that an administrator has access to the entire system, can view all the information, modify it, add it and delete it. While, a trainer profile will be focused only on making use of the RookRemote virtual rooms.
Instructions:
Select "Administrators" in the left menu.
Click on "Add administrator".
Enter the following data:
Select the "Role" you want to assign to that person (Administrator or Trainer).
Set a password and repeat it. *This password will be temporary, your collaborator will have to go to his/her email and activate his/her account.
Finally click on "Add Administrator".
Recommendations:
The collaborator should look for the activation email in the spam folder or in the promotions folder.
