You’ve compared, booked, and stayed in hotels booked through Roomex - now it’s time to see more details on your booking habits.

In our ‘Analytics’ tab, track everything from your spend, total savings, your top hotels, bookers and travelers to what region was the most traveled to, so you’re able to make cost-saving decisions that are backed by data.

All reports and dashboards include a date range selector so you can compare activities through specific time frames. All reports also include column selectors to personalise them to your needs, and a search bar to find people, dates, cities and hotels faster. This FAQ will cover how to make the most out of Roomex Analytics.

1. Select Analytics in the top right of the screen

2. Dashboard Overview

Once you click ‘Analytics’ you’ll land here, on your Dashboard. The dashboard shows an at a glance view of spend, the number of bookings made, compliance adherence, top bookers and spend forecasts so you are able to quickly see trends or jump into a more detailed report (booker, traveller, compliance, hotel) to find more detailed information.

3. Trip Hub

With Trip Hub, get a full, detailed, and personalised view of all reservations, booker, and traveller activities. This section of the platform gives a breakdown of activities surrounding trips.

There are three reports that are under the umbrella name ‘Trip Hub,' Hotels, Bookers, and Traveller. Find them in the left column.

Use the date selector for each report and add or remove columns to pinpoint information. Export any report into a .csv file to further analyse.

1 . Hotels - find out what hotels are saving you the most and where bookers are booking and spending the most

2. Bookers - uncover booker habits by filtering by last booked, number of bookings, total room nights, travellers, spend, and average room night cost

3. Traveler - easily search by total bookings, spend, room nights and the average cost per room night in specific date ranges

4. Custom Reports - Every company breaks down its spend differently. So, why conform to reports that come preloaded in Roomex? Add reports that you’re already using right into your Roomex platform, like bookings broken down by cost codes, the reason for travel, or department.

4. Compliance

With the Compliance Centre, you’re able to add travel policies by location, hotel, star rating or price. This gives you a detailed report on how their travel policies match reality.

● See how much (£) was overspent on each non-compliant booking beside the corresponding policy

‘I spent £180 on a booking, the policy was £150, therefore I overspend by £30’

● Isolate what is important when investigating a non-compliant booking

'A booker is constantly making non-compliant bookings, so add the traveller column to find out it’s because they’re constantly booking for the CEO, therefore the spend might be warranted’
