✅ I’ve paid for my policy but haven’t received my documents – what should I do?
Don’t worry! Policy documents are usually emailed to you within a few minutes of completing your purchase. If you haven’t received them:
Check your email inbox – including spam/junk folders.
Make sure you used the correct email address at checkout.
If you still can’t find them, you can:
Re-download your documents directly from the GoShorty website:

🔧 Can I make changes to my temporary insurance policy?
Unfortunately, temporary car insurance policies cannot be amended once purchased. This includes:
Changing the vehicle or driver
Changing the dates or times of cover
Extending the duration of your policy
If you need different cover, you’ll need to purchase a new policy through the Rooster app or directly via GoShorty.

You can view your temporary insurance policy documents via the Rooster app within the Short-term insurance section on the homepage of the app.
