You can cancel your policy at anytime by contacting customer service. Below are our terms of cancellation:
You have the right to cancel the policy and the following terms apply:
If at the date of cancellation your policy has not yet commenced, you will receive a full refund from us; or
If your policy has already started you will only be charged for your time on risk, so you may be entitled to a partial refund.
If you have made a claim, and the claim is at fault, you can still cancel your policy but will need to make sure your policy is paid for in full.
Please note, as an insurance broker, we charge a flat cancellation fee, so please come on our Live Chat to discuss.
Some of our underwriters also charge a small admin fee upon cancellation of your policy which you will find in your policy documentation.
