You can cancel your policy at anytime by contacting customer service. Below are our terms of cancellation:

You have the right to cancel the policy and the following terms apply:

  • If at the date of cancellation your policy has not yet commenced, you will receive a full refund from us; or

  • If your policy has already started you will only be charged for your time on risk, so you may be entitled to a partial refund.

  • If you have made a claim, and the claim is at fault, you can still cancel your policy but will need to make sure your policy is paid for in full.

  • Please note, as an insurance broker, we charge a flat cancellation fee, so please come on our Live Chat to discuss.

  • Some of our underwriters also charge a small admin fee upon cancellation of your policy which you will find in your policy documentation.
