You can cancel your policy at anytime by contacting customer service. Below are our terms of cancellation:
For all policies starting with ROO-TEL followed by numbers:
You have the right to cancel the policy and receive a refund of premium based on the following:
If at the date of cancellation your policy has not yet commenced, you will receive a full refund from us; or
If your policy has already commenced, we will refund the premium relating to the remaining period of insurance calculated on a proportionate basis dependent on the number of days left to run under the policy. This means we will only charge you for your time on risk.
Some of our insurers charge a small admin fee upon cancellation of your policy.
