How do I make a claim?

Reporting an accident

If you've been involved in an accident we are here to help๐Ÿ’ฅ๐Ÿš™

We hope none of our customers will be involved in an accident, however if you are, please

call our claims line within 24 hours but ideally within 1 hour. This is regardless of whether you wish to make a claim under your policy or not. Delay in notification of an incident may invalidate your claim so please reach out to us asap!

Even if you are not looking to make a claim, you are still obliged to report any and all incidents you and your vehicle are involved in even if you are not at fault.

You will need your policy number and give our team all the relevant information about the incident. If your claim is due to theft, attempted theft or vandalism, you must also inform the police and obtain a crime reference number.

We will do our best to make sure your claim and claims made against you will be dealt with as quickly and fairly as possible. ๐Ÿค
