Why is it taking so long to collect my driving data?

Phone settings for our app ๐Ÿ“ฑโš™๏ธ

For us to be able to collect your driving data all of the settings for our app must always be enabled especially having your location on for us. This allows us to monitor all of your trips and make the test drive hassle free however if even one setting is off, this may affect our ability to collect your driving data, which may lead to us not collecting enough miles from you and having to extend your test drive for a longer period of time.

Mileage ๐Ÿ›ฃ๏ธ

We need to have at least 200 miles collected from you all driven over at least 10 trips, only then can we look to offer you a quote providing you meet our minimum requirements, if you are unsure on how many miles you have done please contact us via live chat and we can take a look for you. If you haven't driven enough miles by the end of your test drive, don't worry! We will happily extend your test drive for you so we can get all of the data we need.
