We hope none of our customers are involved in an accident, especially one that results in a total loss of your car. However, in the event your car is damaged and declared a total loss, you have 2 options:

  • Allow your car to be taken away for scrap and then insure a new car onto your existing policy;

  • Keep your car and have it repaired & have an engineers report to ascertain if your car is roadworthy again before we can reinsure it again.
