Imminent renewal
Due to the high demands for quotes, we sometimes have short delays, so if you are in urgent need of a quote due to your renewal being imminent, please contact us via our Live Chat within the app on our website. We will be happy to take a look at your test drive results to check you have met our minimum requirements for a quote.

Sometimes there may be a delay in getting you a quote based on your test drive results, due to your app settings. It is important that these settings are always enabled and correct so we can collect all of your driving data. If these settings aren't correct, we won't be able to collect any driving data from you, delaying the process of getting you a quote.
Need a quote straight away?
You can also gain an instant quote yourself via the Rooster app in the home page. See "Start new quote". Enter your vehicle details and follow the simple step by step instructions. For instant quotes the prices will be based on the market rates at the time across about 85 providers and will not be based on your test drive results.
