Imminent renewal

Due to the high demands for quotes, we sometimes have short delays, so if you are in urgent need of a quote due to your renewal being imminent, please contact us via our Live Chat within the app on our website, and we will be happy to take a look for you.

Test drive

We can only look to offer you a quote if your test drive is complete and your results meet our minimum requirements, so this could be the reason why you haven't been offered a quote yet.

Sometimes there may be a delay in getting you a quote due to your app settings. It is important that these settings are always enabled and correct so we can collect all of your driving data. If these settings aren't correct, we won't be able to collect any driving data from you, delaying the process of getting you a quote.
