Firstly, contact our Customer Service team just to make sure your cover is valid. Come on our Live Chat via the app or website.

If the police are requesting to speak with us or require further information, please refer them to our Live Chat as well (on the website or app) or they can contact us via email on hello@joinrooster.co.uk.

Providing all your policy details are in order, your Rooster policy will resume once your vehicle has been released.

Any further queries, please reach out to us on Live Chat.
