Whilst we hope none of our policyholders find their vehicle impounded by the police, you will need to purchase separate impound insurance so you can have your vehicle released.
Unfortunately we don't offer impound insurance currently, so you will need to find another insurer that does.
However, please contact our Customer Service team via Live Chat to confirm what's happened to your car, as the underwriters will also need to be notified of your change in circumstance. Providing all your policy details are in order, your Rooster policy will resume once your vehicle has been released.
