How do I cancel my PLUS subscription?

To cancel your PLUS subscription, please follow the instructions below based on how you originally created your subscription:

If you took out your subscription via your phone/tablet:

  1. Tap Menu in the top right corner of the family dashboard

  2. Tap Manage Account

  3. Tap Manage Subscriptions

  4. Here you can view/cancel your subscription

If you took out your subscription on our website:

  • Log in to your NatWest Rooster Money account using your email address and password

  • Scroll down to the bottom of your account page where you'll see an option to 'Update plan'

  • From there you can cancel your account

If you took out your subscription via an Apple device you can also cancel your subscription from your iPhone/iPad by following the steps below:

  1. From your phone home screen, tap Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions

  2. Tap on the NatWest Rooster Money subscription

  3. Manage your subscription as needed

Please note: If you follow the steps above and you find that it’s only giving you the option to re-subscribe, you have already successfully cancelled your subscription.
