Why can't I find the app in the App Store?

Now that we're part of the NatWest Group - one of the United Kingdom’s largest high street banks- we have made the difficult decision to focus our Rooster Money operations solely in the United Kingdom.

We are no longer accepting new customers from outside of the UK, and part of this means removing our app from international App stores.

If you currently have an account but you've deleted the app, you should still be able to download it via your App history:

For iOS devices you will need to open the App Store app and tap Updates in the lower right corner. Select ‘Purchased’ (or ‘My Purchases’ for a family account) and you will be able to see all of the apps you’ve downloaded using this account.

For Android devices you will need to open the Google Play store app and tap the menu button (the three lines). From the menu, tap My apps & games’, you will be able to see all of the apps you have downloaded using your Google account.
