Under your settings tab, click on 'Services'. On the right side of the page you will see a green "+ Add Services" button. Click on that, and it will direct you to the page where you can create each service that your company offers. Here, you can add the name, description, and the base amount of time that this service generally takes. The "Cutoff Time" option is the amount of hours in advance that your company needs before one can book this service. For example, if you entered "24 hrs", this would mean that you would need a full days notice before an appointment for this service could be booked. If you have the "Is Active?" box checked, this means that this service is available for bookings as soon as it is created.

Towards the bottom of the page you will see an additional section where you can add Customer Questions regarding this service. If you set the answer to "Numeric Response", this will help you customize the duration of a job so that you can be more efficient with your scheduling. The amount of time you enter in the "additional minutes" section will automatically calculate per response unit, and be added on to the base amount of time that you originally entered for this service. If you set the answer to "Free Response", these questions will give more information regarding the service without affecting the estimated time of the job. With this additional information from the questions and added time, the staff member assigned to this job will be much more efficient in arriving to the bookings on time and not having to be rushed throughout their day!

Once you are finished adding in the details of this service, be sure to click the green "+ Add Service" button again for this service to be saved. If you need to edit any of these services once you have added them, you will find the edit button to the right of the title of each service!
