How do I create/edit my Service Areas?

The areas that your company accepts bookings

Click on the Settings tab at the top of the page, and then click on 'Service Areas'. By clicking on the green "+ Add Regions" button, you will be able to add a new Service area by clicking on the map, and adjusting the points to cover your desired area. Depending on your preference, you can either set one large service area, or you can set as many smaller service areas as you need. The benefits of being able to set multiple different service areas, are:

1.) you can black out areas on certain days or certain hours of the day to avoid busy traffic times or dangerous neighborhoods. By blacking these service areas out, you are still able to accept bookings in other areas.

2.) you can assign certain Crews to certain areas, so that your work flow stays organized by having territories laid out per crews

You can always adjust the points/size of a service area by clicking the edit button to the right of each service area set. Please note that only addresses within your Service Areas will be able to book appointments! One last thing to note is that you must assign all of your service areas to a crew in your crew settings in order for addresses in these areas to see any availability from your calendar.
