How can we designate staff schedules and when on a crew?

When you are in your 'Crews' Settings tab, click on the small pencil icon to edit the particular Crew. Once you are in the edit Crew section, you will see a list of staff that are set to this Crew. You can activate these staff members by checking the box beside their name. If that Crew is active, and the particular staff members are active, then that staff member will be on the schedule.
