There are two ways for bookings to be created in Routezilla; one way is through your admins side (if they are creating a booking for one of your clients), and the other way is through your customer facing booking side, which can be found when customers click on your company URL!
To make a booking through your admins side, simply click on "Bookings" at the top of your Routezilla screen. When you are taken to this page, you will see at the top right corner is a green button that says "Create Booking" click here, and you will be directed to the page where you will enter your customer's information. Once you have entered in their information, click the green "Check Availability" button found at the bottom of the page. You will then be taken to the calendar page, where you can select any day that reads "Available". Once you select the desired day, you can choose a time slot shown on the right hand side of the page. Click on "Choose time", and then the green "Submit" button on the pop up confirmation screen!
To preview what your customer will see when they come to create a booking, head over to your Company Profile under Settings. Click on your companys URL seen on the right hand side of this page, and this will bring you to your customer facing bookings page. Here is where they will enter in their address, and be taken through the booking process.
By clicking on a booking that has already been made, you will be taken to the page where you can enter any more details that are needed!
