Under Settings, click on Staff. Click Edit beside your Admin user.

Scroll down on the right hand side where it says "two way Google calendar sync" and click there to start the set up.
NOTE: You must be logged into your Routezilla account as the admin user login that was used to create your Routezilla account.
Next, what you will be doing is connecting Routezilla to your own Google calendar account where you will manage the sync integrations between Routezilla and your Staff member's Google accounts.
