Why do I see Rovo on my apps (previously products) list?
Your organisation now has Rovo, but it won’t be visible to your users until you activate it for a site. To use Rovo on a sandbox or production site before 8 July 2025, you’ll need to activate it.
Your eligible sites will have Rovo automatically activated on 8 July 2025 and will respect your existing AI activation settings.
We’ve setup some instructions so you can test out Rovo on a sandbox before then. If you want to, you can then choose to activate Rovo for your production site. If you choose not to, we will automatically activate Rovo for you on 8 July.
How do I test out Rovo on a sandbox?
Before you get Rovo on 8 July, you might want to try it out on a sandbox site.
Can I activate or deactivate AI features?
You can test your sandbox both with AI activated and deactivated to experience Rovo’s AI features.
How do I activate Rovo on a production site?
Once you’ve tested out Rovo on your sandbox site, you can
Unlike sandboxes, activating Rovo on a production (non-sandbox) site cannot be undone. Once you’ve activated Rovo on a site, all users on that site will have access to all Rovo features.
To activate Rovo for your site:
Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.
Select Settings > Rovo, select Add site
Select a site to activate Rovo on. Select Next.
Review your site selection. Select Activate. All users will now have access to Rovo.
