Rovo Chat connects to the following plugins and accesses data from your other Atlassian products in order to provide its full functionality.

We may add plugins on an ongoing basis to provide enhanced functionality. This list is subject to change at Atlassian’s sole discretion. If you’d like to view the current list of plugins, you can always check this list.

Rovo Chat observes all user permissions (e.g. if a user asks a question, it will only search pages/issues that user has permission to view).

Description

Activity Plugin

Fetches the most recent activities of a user on Jira and Confluence.

Profile-Plugin

Fetches the account id, email, name, location, and profile picture based on a user's name. Do not call this function with a job title or team.

Next-Best-Task-Plugin

Find the next best task for a user to work on.

Jira-JQL-Plugin (NL2JQL)

Find all Jira issues for the user using a JQL query. Only select this plugin if the user asks for jira issues.

Jira-Software-Plugin

Provides information about an active Jira Software project's boards and backlogs. ONLY select this plugin if a Jira project's boards and backlogs are directly referenced.

Content-Read-Plugin

Retrieve the contents from certain URLs (including Confluence, Jira, Atlas, Google, SharePoint, and Slack). This also includes the current browser URL.

Page-Search-Plugin

Finds a given Confluence page or blogpost based on certain search filters

Search-QA-Plugin

Find answers from Confluence data sources. It returns answer and sources that were used to find the question.

Ethical-Filtering-Plugin

Determines whether a user's question violates a company policy or not.
