What are Agents?

Rovo Agents are configurable AI teammates that integrate into your workflows.

Agents are designed to:

  • interact with and complement your work

  • work with defined objectives and parameters

  • reduce repetitive work

  • specialise in a particular area to achieve smarter and better outcomes.

Agents will only show and act on information that the current user has access to. For example, if John is using an Agent, the Agent can only show and act on information that John has access to.

Chatting with Agents

  1. Select an Agent: From the dropdown at the top of Chat, you can select Agents you've starred, or you can Browse Agents.

    1. Starring an Agent: Once you’ve selected Browse Agents, you can save an Agent for easy access in the future by selecting the star button on the Agents. This makes it easy to chat with a specific Agent in the future.

  2. Interact with your Agent: Once you have selected your Agent, type your question or prompt into the text box. Your Agent will provide responses tailored to the scope you've defined.

  3. Return to Chat: To interact with Rovo Chat without an Agent, go back to the Rovo Chat header dropdown, and select “Chat”.

Submit feedback

Your insights and feedback are essential for us to improve the quality of Agents.

To provide feedback, you can:

  1. Response Feedback: Use the 👍 (Good response) and 👎 (Bad response) buttons located with each response to quickly express your satisfaction level. Providing context in the summary box is incredibly valuable, as it helps us understand your perspective and the specifics of your experience.

  2. General Feedback: You can select Submit Feedback from the dropdown at the top of Chat and submit direct feedback.
