Atlassian Rovo enhances your search abilities, including in connected third-party SaaS products, and improves efficiency with Agents and Chat using generative AI.
Activate Rovo
You need to have organization admin permissions to be able to activate Rovo. Learn about permissions
All users on activated sites will have Rovo enabled.
To activate Rovo:
From your trial invitation email, select Get started with a free trial
Select your organization if you have more than one.
Review the Atlassian Intelligence terms, and acknowledge the Privacy Policy then select Agree and start the beta.
Select sites to activate.
Select the sites you’d like to activate Rovo for. Select Review.
Review your site selection. Select Activate.
Next, you can enhance your Rovo experience by connecting third-party products.
Deactivate Rovo
To deactivate Rovo, you must have organization admin permissions. You also need to disconnect your third-party products. You can reactivate a site at any time.
To deactivate Rovo:
Go to admin.atlassian.com.
Select Settings > Rovo.
Go to the Connected apps tab and check that all your products are disconnected.
Go back to the Activated sites tab.
Select the Actions button next to the site you want to deactivate.
Select Deactivate.
