Knowledge, in the context of Agents, is the information and resources that you provide to an Agent to help improve the accuracy and helpfulness of its responses. Knowledge can include links to Confluence spaces, specific pages, Google Drive files, and other relevant resources.
The Agent will prioritize the knowledge you give it over other information in your instance and it will use the knowledge you give it to provide sources.
Providing knowledge to an Agent
When creating or editing an Agent, you can specify various sources of knowledge.
In the Knowledge section of the Agent create form, use the:
Spaces field to select Confluence spaces.
Content field to select Pages in Confluence.
Projects field to select Jira projects.
Atlas field to select Atlas goals.
For each of these fields, you can start typing to search, then select the desired knowledge from the dropdown, or you can directly paste a link.
Make sure to regularly update the knowledge sources linked to your Agent to keep it current and accurate
