If you’re looking for an Agent to help with a particular task, you can use Browse Agents to view other Agents that have been created in your organization.
How to find an Agent:
Open Chat in the navigation bar in Jira, Jira Service Management, Jira Product Discovery or Confluence.
To open Chat in a full screen select the the Full screen icon from the Chat sidebar.
From the dropdown menu at the top of Chat, or the Chat menu under the chat box, select Browse Agents.
You can Search for the Agent you’re looking to edit by typing its name in the search bar, or by using the filters for Starred Agents or My Agents (which are Agents you created).
Once you’ve found an Agent that interests you:
Select the name to open Chat with that Agent.
Use the more actions (
) button to:Copy a link to a fullscreen chat with that Agent
View the Agent’s profile to see more details about the Agent.
Duplicate the Agent. More about duplicating Agents
Edit the Agent (if you created the Agent).
Agent profile
An Agent’s profile is where users within your instance can see more details about an Agent. If the Agent is hidden by it’s creator, users won’t be able to see its profile.
An Agent's profile shows the following information:
who created the Agent
the Agent’s instructions
the Agent’s knowledge sources.
