To find out what’s new in Rovo or how to upgrade, see recent changes to Rovo beta.

Along with being able to create your own agents, the Rovo beta comes with three Agents created by Atlassian:

  • Decision Director

  • Product Requirements Guide

  • User Manual Writer

You can start using these Agents as soon as you have access to Rovo. We’ve added them to your starred Agents which you can access directly from theChat dropdown at the top of Chat.

You can also duplicate these Agents to make more specific versions with knowledge sources that you determine. More on duplicating Agents

Decision Director

This Agent helps you communicate decisions clearly through the DACI framework. If you use the DACI framework (DACI stands for “Driver”, “Approver”, “Contributor”, “Informed”) when making decisions, the Decision Director reviews your document, and suggests improvements and resources to inform your decision. It connects to relevant projects within your organization to help you close decisions quickly.

Product Requirements Expert

This Agent creates and reviews PRDs (Product requirement documents) for product managers. It’s an expert on writing product requirements that guide product and engineering teams. The Product Requirements Expert uses direct language, empathizes with the customer problem, provides evidence to inform the content and gives you actionable feedback on best practices for PRDs when reviewing your work.

User Manual Writer

This fun and friendly Agent helps you set up a “personal user manual”: a page that you can use to share your preferred ways of working with your team. The User Manual Writer will help you write things like your ideal working hours, environments you like to work in, and top things to know about working with you.
