Issues with SharePoint for beta customers

Due to a change in the way authentication works, beta customers who use SharePoint may have stopped seeing SharePoint results in Rovo Search, or lost the ability to ask Chat about SharePoint files.

To fix this, the end user (not the admin) simply needs to disconnect and reconnect to their Microsoft account. This process is 4 simple steps, and should take about 1-2 minutes.

Steps to disconnect and reconnect SharePoint

1. On any Atlassian product, click your profile icon in the top right corner, and select Manage Account.

2. Select the Connected apps tab at the top of the screen.

3. Scroll down to Atlassian third party account access and next to Atlassian Links - OneDrive select Revoke.

4. Go to Confluence and perform any search, and in the right-hand filter, next to Microsoft SharePoint, select Connect. A popup will appear next to it, select Connect again.

5. You’ll be asked to sign in through your Microsoft account. Once completed, you should return to your Rovo Search results with SharePoint available.
