What Issues Can This Solve?

The following issues may occur if objection statements aren't detected correctly or contain OCR or Examiner errors:

  • OCR errors or Examiner typos in highlighted statements may be carried into the Response Writer.

  • Mistyped prior art identifiers may prevent the correct art from being identified and presented.

  • Highlighted statements that fail to include claim and prior art references may result in incomplete art annotation or Objection Navigator population.

  • Objections presented with non-standard wording may be missed, which may cause an incomplete package to generate.

  • Wording erroneously detected and highlighted as an objection may cause inaccuracies in the generated package.

Rowan provides the tools in the Review Office Action interface so that you can make the corrections that will allow you to rebuild a better response package when something goes wrong.
