In any Rowan Patents window, click the Tools menu.
Select the Take memory snapshot option.
If you do not see this option, let the Help Desk know it needs to be turned on for your account.
Use your operating system Save dialogs to save your memory snapshot to your file system in .zip format.
Note that this save can take a while, depending on your current memory usage conditions.
The memory snapshot can now be provided to Rowan as directed by the Help Desk.
